By placing an order at Under Pressure Eventz, you confirm that you accept the terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Under Pressure Eventz for the sale and supply of any products.

None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms and changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Under Pressure Eventz in confidence to protect your personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, and to provide offers and information on our products.

The information you provide is only available at Under Pressure Eventz and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information  held about you. You always have the right to request Under Pressure Eventz delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Under Pressure Eventz conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Eventz outside Under Pressure Eventz’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force marjeure, meaning that Under Pressure Eventz is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

Examples of such eventz are government actions, or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood,sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example , restrictions, warnings,bans, etc.

Payment 

All products remain Under Pressure Eventz’s property until full payment is made. The price is applicable is that set at date on which you place the order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised and confirmed before confirming the purchase.

You confirm that all the details you provide to Under Pressure Eventz for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are true, accurate, and current, and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

All transfers conducted through Under Pressure Eventz are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are all responsible for the transactions made.

Under Pressure Eventz reserves the right to end our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of the terms & conditions, or we suspect that you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have any way been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity with us.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges ( sales tax,customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Ordering 

When placing an order you agree that all of the information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If Under Pressure Eventz does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you require we will notify you to offer alternatives or the expected delay in delivery.

Additional Information

Under Pressure Eventz reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices,technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, Under Pressure Eventz has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Under Pressure Eventz shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

The delivery period is stated is an approximate timescale. Goods will be sent to the address given in your order.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any errors and/ or omissions contained in our website.

If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

We cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between an image on our site and the actual product.

We take every measure to ensure any data we collect is held securely and internet fraud is prevented. However, we cannot be held liable in  the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our system.
